Background and Training

The study of human action is multidisciplinary and students and trainees with backgrounds in psychology, physiology, neuroscience, kinesiology, engineering, or mathematics are encouraged to apply to join the lab.

Graduate Study

The lab currently has space for one or two additional graduate students.

Students can apply either to the Department of Psychology Graduate Program or the new Queen's Centre for Neuroscience Studies Graduate Program. Funding is available from the Lab, Department, University, and extra-mural agencies.

Please email Randy Flanagan for more information.

Undergraduate Honours Projects

Each year, two or three undergraduates carry out their Honours research projects in the laboratory. In the past, students from Psychology, Life Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, and Engineering Physics have completed projects in the lab. Contact Randy Flanagan if you are interested in seeing the lab and discussing possible projects.

Postdoctoral Research Fellows

We do not currently have funding for additional postdoctoral positions. However, we do have space and facilities to support individuals with their own postdoctoral funding. If you are interested, please contact Randy Flanagan by email.
