Jennifer Eastabrook's research interests include emotional and social competencies, conscious and unconscious emotional processing, development of emotion-regulation abilities in adolescents, emotional intelligence, and alexithymia.

I am interested in adolescent socio-emotional development, particularly how emotion regulation and emotional acceptance develop and the relationship between emotion regulation and internalizing disorders.

Lindsey Lindsay Lavictoire

Lindsay Lavictoire is a first year Master's student conducting research in Developmental Psychology. For her graduate thesis she plans to investigate the incorporation of dynamic systems methods in the analysis of triadic peer interactions.

Hanna is a fourth year psychology student. She is conducting her thesis on the association between mother's and daughter's depressive and anxiety symptoms, and their emotion regulation strategies.

Carolyn Bell is a 4th year undergraduate student Biology and Psychology. She is currently working on a special directed lab project involving research in social stress paradigms.

Jordan Jordan Theriault

Jordan Theriault is a 3rd year undergraduate psychology major. He is currently working on a special directed lab dealing with the differences in perceived and self reported levels of stress in adolescents.

Katie Katie Phillips

My name is Katie Phillips, and I am currently in my undergraduate honors year studying Psychology and Environmental Studies. I became involved with the Adolescent Dynamics Lab because of my interest in the social and emotional aspects of adolescence. When I am not in the lab or in class, I enjoy giving campus tours, volunteering with Diabetes Hope Foundation, watching Criminal Minds, and being outside with my dog.

Rachel Rachel Major

My name is Rachel Major and I am a volunteer in the Adolescent Dynamic Lab this year. I am a third year psychology major. After I complete my studies here at Queens, I plan on combining my interests in psychology and law by pursuing a masters in forensic psychology.

Will Weining (Will) Jiang

My name is Weining Jiang, a second year nursing student. My current duties include maintaining the website as well as assisting in statistical analysis. I am interested in Developemental Psychology (especially adolescents' developement and their interaction with others) and application of Psychology in my nursing practice. I would like to pursue a career as a part time nurse or nurse practitioner and a part time researcher.

  Emma Dargie

Emma Dargie is a fourth year undergraduate psychology student. She has volunteered in the lab in various capacities since last September, focusing on the Speech Study and the Teen Peer Speech study.
